Everything: senior talent, delivery management, research tools, documentation, and enablement. Travel, media spend, or third-party software are passed through at cost with approvals.

Yes. We invoice in NGN (default) or USD through our Nigerian and UK entities so your finance team can pick the currency that fits compliance.

Timeline

03. How fast can a pod start?

Pods deploy every Monday. Once legal and invoicing are cleared, we kick off within 3 business days and ship the first deliverables within 10 business days.

Flexibility

04. Can we scale a pod up or down mid-engagement?

We review capacity every 4 weeks. You can add research, engineering, or data seats with 1-week notice, or wind down to a hypercare pod at the end of a 12-week block.

05. What reporting do executives receive?

Weekly sprint notes, KPI dashboards, and monthly business reviews that cover progress, risks, and budget burn. Everything lives in your preferred PM stack for transparency.
